The policy will be defined along the lines of the following: The No Fix, No Fee policy means that if I do not possess the necessary technical knowledge or ability to resolve the problem or affect the repair, then no charge is made to the customer. This policy does not apply to work related to computer virus, spyware or backup problems or to cases in which the damage or fault has been caused by a lightning strike.
